Aptus Home app for iPhone and iPad

Now Aptus Home can be used with the new Incedo Open access control system, and can also still be used with an Aptus system as before.

Incedo Open:
The following functions are available, depending on how the configuration has been set up in your building:
• See an image from your entry phone when somebody calls on the entry phone.
• Remote door opening.

Aptus:
The following functions are available, depending on how the configuration has been set up in your building:
• Book: Enter your bookings, e.g. for laundry rooms.
• Lock: Manage the Doorman lock on your apartment door or unlock the entrance door.
Here you can also see an image of the person who’s calling on your entry phone.
• Locks & Keys: Manage your key tags and codes. Here you can also create a visitor code that allows your visitor to open the entrance door and the Doorman lock on your apartment door.
• Settings: Change password, e-mail address and entry phone number and manage notification units.
• Service request: Raise service requests directly via the app.
The Aptus software installed in your building, including Aptusportal Styra, must be at least version 8.7 in order for you to use the new functions.

How do I activate the app?
1. Download the app to your smartphone.
2. Open the app.
3. Follow the instructions.
4. You will need a web address (URL) to log in (e.g.: https://www.aptus.se/aptusportal)
5. You’ll need your user name and password.
